JACK OF BLADES
The man:
A demon from an ancient court that is deemed unkillable. How do you kill one that survives through the body's of others.

Born in a place called the void, Jack formed the court with the Queen of Blades and the Knight of Blades.
In ancient times, the court found its way into Albion and forced the people to bow down to them and vow obedience.
After a time, one man stood against this dark trio and defeated them using the sword of Aeons. While this William Black managed to kill the Queen and the Knight, Jack managed to escape by hiding his soul in his mask. It should be noted that the sword of Aeons that William used, he had stolen from Jack.

Centuries later, Jack used the body of a mortal hero to get in Albion. Using the disguise of a guild hero, Jack sought out his precious sword that was lost in Albion and could only be retrieved by one of William Black's bloodline.
When the hero of Oakvale was young, a unknown force attacked his village and killed his family. That unknown force was Jack of Blades. Not only did he kill the father, he imprisoned the mother and blinded the sister of the hero of Oakvale.
After the hero finds his sister, he tries to free his mother but gets caught by Jack and thrown into the same prison. After he manages to escape and free his mother, the hero of Oakvale tries to find the sword before Jack does.

Jack of Blades captures the hero's mother and sister again. One of the hero's tutors and confidants also turn out to have been working for Jack all along and after the Hero of Oakvale beats this traitor, he tries to stop Jack from activating special focussites to unlock the sword. The hero fails and Jack goes on with destroying the guild. When the hero finally arrives, Jack kills the mother and a battle ensues.
The two of them fight for a long time but Jack is finally defeated

Jack manages to escape death one more time and hides in the north. The hero travels there and tries to unlock a special gate by collecting souls. During that time, Jack keeps on taunting the hero and when the gate is finally opened, he reveals to have pulled the strings of the hero all along.
This time, Jack had the form of a dragon.
After another hard battle, Jack gets beaten again and his soul sucked into his mask. The mask gets thrown into the hot lava afterwards.
It should be noted that when the evil ending is chosen and the hero decides to wear the mask, Jack takes over his body and lives again.

As a being of the void, Jack has escaped death several times and his mask has played a important role here. By promising power, he would make someone wear the mask and take over the body. Jack is a master of skill, strenght and will, something that is very rare in the Fable universe. With skill, Jack can aim ranged weapons with ease. however, he never used a bow and will not get one for this battle; with will, Jack can use magical powers to attack his opponent and strength is all about his own toughness and the strength of his melee attacks.
Not only is Jack a powerfull warrior, he also used manipulation and taunting to get a egde on his opponents.



The weapons:
In this fight, each warrior will get three weapons and for the first time, one of the weapon category's will consist of servants. I also decided against using the dragon Jack because I feel that the dragon would chance the entire battle and I prefer the human Jack myself.

For melee, the weapon of Jack is the sword of Aeons. This ancient bloodforged weapon was a important plotline in Fable as Jack wanted it back and the Hero of Oakvale wanted to keep the sword away from Jack. The weapon had belonged to Jack originally, untill William Black stole it and used it. After William had  slain the court, he hid the weapon in Albion.
To use the full potential of the sword, Jack needed to kill one of the ancient bloodline of William Black. He did this by killing the hero's mother.
The sword of Aeons has a lot of power and was used as a normal sword and could both thrust and slash at the opponent. When Jack used it, he got more powerfull and was able to use his will powers through the sword. To make the sword even more lethal, Jack uses strenght to give the attacks even more power.
I would also like to comment that Jack will be hardpressed to let go of his sword and try to use it the entire battle.

As for Special, Jack has his will powers. Will is a energy that can be used in battle to either attack the opponent or support the user. There are a lot of willpowers and I am not shure which powers Jack of Blades could use. That is why I only use the few powers he has shown in the game.

First I will name the offensive powers:
Energy ball: Jack can shoot balls of lightblue energy towards his opponent, doing much damage. He can shoot multiple balls at a time as the balls form a cirkel around him and fire outwards.
Energy wave: Using the same blue energy, Jack could fire waves that blasted the opponent away with a lot of force and doing much damage. The wave can become very large and hard to avoid if the opponent has nothing to hide behind.
Life drain: By lifting his hand/sword in the air, Jack unleashes a powerfull energy all around him and with a rattling sound the life of the opponent gets drained very fast unless the opponent can hide.
This is the most powerfull of these attacks but it also leaves Jack open for any counterattack.

Now for the other will uses.
Shield: By lifting both arms in the air, Jack can summon a powerfull shield of red energy that is impossible to get through. Altough the shield is very powerfull, Jack needs to keep his hands in the air and will not be able to attack his opponent during that time.
Levitation: Jack has shown on multiple occasions that he could fly in the air by manipulating the red energy. The energy is also visible under him when he uses levitation.
Speed: Jack can move in a burst of speed to cross the entire arena quickly. He can use it to avoid or get behind his opponent in a blink of a eye.

A wardog

For my following category called servants, Jack uses minions. He has shown to have several creatures under his command but the minions are his personal servants that help him directly in battle.
I will count in three minions for Jack.
Minions were first used during the times of the old kingdom by the wallguards. However, Jack somehow got him to do his dirty work and used them as demon servants ever since. There are two types of minions, Wardogs and dreadwings. Both types are heavily armoured and very strong, making them tough opponents. They will be used together in the battle.
The wardogs are the standard types, have long double bladed swords and brown armour. They can block attacks of the opponent very well and will cround the enemy when they get the chance. Jack will have two of these in the coming battle.
The dreadwings are spellcasters that use their staffs to shoot energyballs and fight in melee if the opponent comes to close by. They wear black, silver and blue armour and prefer to stand backwards and cast spells while the wardogs are fighting the opponent. There will be one dreadwing in this battle.
Before I forget, I would like to mention that minions are weak against fire and will be destroyed much more easy by it. If Mewtwo can find out about this weakness, he can use it to his advantage.



Armour:

Jack of Blades wears steel armour under his red hood and does not sacrevice mobility for it. The armour does not give full protection against attacks of the opponet but merely weakens the attacks, thus making it hard to kill Jack. He also wears a mask that provides protection of the face.

The red hood does not offer any protection and neither does the masks of the knight and Queen that he wears on his chest.




X-Factor:

The x-factor of Jack is devided into two parts.
The first part is playing games. Jack will play mindgames to get his opponent angry and careless. The way Jack has done it is taunting, playing with his opponent and killing the mother in front of the son for a more dramatic effect. he builds this up before the battle so he can concentrate on fighting during the battle.

The second part of the x-factor is his mask. I have already talked about the power of the mask to store souls and especially his soul. When his body is defeated, Jack can still live on when his soul gets into his mask. During that time, the soul can try to convince Mewtwo to wear it. When Mewtwo does it, Jack takes over and wins the battle. To avoid this, the mask needs to be destroyed.

MEWTWO

The person:

He is one of the most well known pokemon and star in the very first pokemon movie. Overall, he is seen as one of the most powerfull pokemon in games, anime and manga. Altough there are many of all species of pokemon, Mewtwo is a loner and only one exists in the pokemon world. 

Mewtwo was not born but cloned. The leader of team Rocket called Giovanni, wanted to have the strongest pokemon and send a group of scientists to Guyana to find the extinct pokemon called Mew.

During their searches, the group found the fossil of a pregnant Mew. 

Combining the Mew dna with human dna, the researchers were able to create Mewtwo. The scientists then started with some horrific gene-plitsing experiements that made this pokemon vicious and very powerfull. 

After Mewtwo found out that he is a clone, he destroyed the laboratory. 

Giovanni appears in the ruines and made Mewtwo a offer he could not refuse. Giovanni told Mewtwo that that he could help the pokemon with special armour that concentrates the power of Mewtwo. The psychic pokemon agreed and joins Giovanni. The leader of team Rocket then started using Mewtwo for his own goals; Catching powerfull pokemon an defeating strong trainers. Giovanni als does several strenght test on Mewtwo like releasing hordes of tauros that attack Mewtwo.

In the end, Mewtwo manages to escape again, destroying the Rocket hideout that also functions and leaves the powersuit behind. Mewtwo hides in the cerulean cave.

It is after this that the three different pokemon media give different stories on the whereabouts of Mewtwo.

The games are rather simple and say that after Mewtwo fled to the Cerulean Cave, he waited there untill the pokemon trainer Red showed up and catched him. It should be noted that he attracked some very strong pokemon and only after Red has proven himself by beating the elite 4, he was allowed to enter the cave.

The manga follows most of the same story as the game with some differences. In the manga, researcher Blaine used cells from his right arm to insert into Mewtwo and the cells of Mewtwo found its way into his arm. Because of this, the two share a link so they could track each other. In the end, a pokemon trainer named Red manages to catch Mewtwo using a masterball. 

It was during that time that Blaine found out that the link put a strain on both of the body's when the two were away from each other, making them weaker. 

When Blaine and Mewtwo fought off the dangerous elite 4, this strain on both body's made Blaine lose conciousness and the weakend Mewtwo lost the battle.

Some time later, Blaine meets another legendary pokemon, the fire type Entei. Using his flames, Entei healed the arm of Blaine and severed the connection. Mewtwo was free again.

After a long time, Mewtwo showed up once again to fight team Rocket and Deoxys clones. After that, he saves Red and explains that he came to fight to stop deoxys being used the way he was used. In the end, Mewtwo battles Deoxys and manages to win after a long and hard fight.

Lastly the Anime. 

The anime follows the story of Mewtwo being cloned and then rampages untill it escapes Giovanni. 

During the first pokemon movie, some strong trainer get a invite to come to a special tournament.  Not being hindered by a storm, most of them make it towards the island where the tournament is held. 

Once there it is revealed that Mewtwo was behind it and captures all the pokemon in clone balls. Using the clone machine, all pokemon get cloned and the trainers have to beat the clone pokemon. 

The plan of Mewtwo was to clone every pokemon and keep them on the island while storms destroy the world to punish humans of using pokemon as slaves and punishing pokemon to act as slaves.

The plans are being foiled by Ash Ketchum ( the anime protagonist) and Mew.

After a long and hard battle against Mew that Mewtwo loses, he sees that no pokemon is better then the others and that humans are not bad at all.

After this, Mewtwo settles down with his clone pokemon in Johto. The rest did not last long as the leader of team Rocket find him and after a struggle catches him. Mewtwo is then attack by machines that takes his energy and spirit, making him a mindless puppet. 

After the bug and clone pokemon fight team Rocket, Ash throws Mewtwo in a healing spring that recovers him. After that, Mewtwo defeats team Rocket and erases the minds of the Rocket members. He is later seen chasing Mew.

Mewtwo was a angry pokemon and suffered from the fact that he was a clone and not real. In all the different media, he came to the conclusion that humans are not all evil and there are kind ones. He also comes to peace with the fact that he is a clone and considerds himself a real pokemon.

After this, Mewtwo becomes a kind but powerfull warrior that travels around the pokemon world. Altough Mewtwo is mostly calm now, when he becomes angry, he gets a lot stronger. 

The weapons:

As with his opponent, Mewtwo has three weapons from which one will be servants. After thinking for a while, I have decided to discard the pokemon types for this battle because I feel that rules change when universes collide. (To be honest, I think it would way to hard to jugde the two) 

I also will not count in the armour for I am not entirely shure what the armour does exactly. 

First is the melee weapon. This may sound odd but the melee weapon of choise will be a giant spoon. No I am not joking. In the manga, Metwto used a giant spoon to channel his psychic powers and slam his opponent down in close range. The spoon is almost as long as Mewtwo himself and he can use it very well. The channeling of psychic powers is a really effective way to deal with opponents and the spoon can be used as blunt trauma weapon when a opponent comes close in.

As a special weapon, Mewtwo has his powers. In the different forms of media, Mewtwo has shown a lot of special attacks and I had to choose a few of them to keep equal terms with Jack of Blades. If you wonder why I am not talking about psychic powers, that is because two attacks are not psychic in origin.

With these special powers, I can say again that some were made for attacking while others help Mewtwo in the battle.

Offensive:

Shadow ball: Shadow ball is a ball of dark energy that could be fired at the opponent. One ball can be fired at a time but it is very dangerous.

Psychic: With this attack, Mewtwo uses his psychic powers to push the opponent away with a lot of force. Not only can psychic psuh opponents away or levitate things, he can also hurt the opponent with the attack itself.

Aura sphere: Another ball of energy, this time blue. Mewtwo shoots the ball that hurts the opponent.

Psystrike: This attack can only be learned by Mewtwo and when the pokemon uses it, he emits a aura that creates small balls which attack the opponent. 

Other uses:

Barriere: With this power, Mewtwo creates a ball around himself. He can still fight and attack while in the ball but the attacks of the opponent will not be stopped. Instead, the power of the attacks will decrease. 

Teleport: Using his powers of teleportation, Mewtwo can transport himself around the arena with ease and suprise the opponent from behind.

With the servants, Mewtwo will rely on three clone pokemon named Charizardtwo, Blastoisetwo and venusaurtwo.  These three pokemon appeared in the first pokemon movie and were with Mewtwo before the start of the movie. These three pokemon were very strong and could take out the original charizard, blastoise and venusaur with a single attack. 

The problem with these three is that they have showed one attack each and one of them was of the elemental type of the user. After thinking about it, I decided that each of them gets one attack and that will be of the elemental type. They can be used seperate from each other in the battle.

Charizardtwo is a large red dragonlike pokemon with brown stripes all over his body. He can fly and use a flamethrower attack to roast the opponent.

Blastoisetwo is a large blue turtle with darkblue stripes. He has two watercannons on his back that he can use to blast opponents away with. 

Venusaurtwo is a large grass pokemon with a flower growing out of his back. As a clone, he also has white stips all over his body. He can use his many vines to attack his opponent.

Armour:

Other then the brown ragged cape that Mewtwo has seen wearing, he does not wear any armour. (remember that I have excluded the armoursuit) However, his body is very thick and it will be hard to kill Mewtwo. This pokemon has shown to survive a lot of hard attacks, showing the toughness of his body.






X-Factor:

As with his opponent, Mewtwo has two x-factors.
The first one is his ability pressure. When used in the pokemon games, attacks will run out faster. This is ofcourse impossible to do in this battle since Jack cannot run out of attack. Instead, he will become more tired if he uses a lot of attacks during the fight. Jack of Blade will coordinate his attacks and his energy well during the fight.

The second x-factor is his ability to control minds. Mewtwo has shown this by controlling the mind of Nurse Joy during the first movie and he has shown to be able to erase minds. I would like to say that controlling the mind of Jack of Blades will be very hard to pull off but I can see it being used against other living beings very well.

The Edges:

Sword of Aeons Vs. Spoon

- Weapon on weapon, both weapons are completely different but they have one thing in commen. Both will be able to channel the magic power of the user. This makes both weapons very versatile and usefull in longer ranges. If I look at this ability alone, I cannot see one of these weapons being better. Both can channel the energy very well and neither is better at this single thing.

 However, there are a lot of more on these melee weapons to look at. The sword of Aeons is a very powerfull sword that can cut and thrust at the opponents. This one handed weapon can deliver swift and killing blows in a instant. The spoon is just what it sounds like, a giant household item turned lethal weapon. The giant spoon is a twohanded weapon and its main use is channeling the magical power but the spoon can deliver blunt damage in close range.

So we have a real sword that can act perfectly like a sword and a giant spoon that gives blunt damage. Now, the sword has its obvlious advantages but the spoon is not underpowered at all. The whole weapon is made out of steel and both sides of the spoon can be used as a weapon. Whats more, its longer then the sword.

- When I compare the weapons on the armour, I finally come across armour to deal with again. The sword will need to fight the tough body of Mewtwo, something that is more easy said then done. The body of Mewtwo is really tough and it will take some tries for Jack to kill Mewtwo.

Still, this powerfull sword will work very well and If I had to guess how many tries it would take, I'd say two or three fullpowered attacks.

The spoon is a great blunt weapon and ideal against the armour of Jack. However, Jack can take a few attacks also and I guess that it will take the same amount of tries to kill Jack as to kill Mewtwo. With Jack, the face is even a less likely target as the mask gives a lot of protection against all sort of attacks. I would like to add that if Mewtwo had a sword, the weapon would have a harder time to get through the metal armour but as you guys know, blunt weapons work very well against this kind of defense.

Both warriors are really tough and I really cannot see a instant kill with these weapons happening, the battle will be a long one.

- As with skill, I can go and say the usual: Both warriors have a lot of skill and are considered masters with the weapons. Jack of Blades has a lot of skill with the sword, seeing as it was originally his. To show his skill with this weapon even more, he uses the sword the whole time since he aquired it. Before that, Jack can be seen with other swords. This shows the important of a sword in his fighting style and is even more prove that he is very skilled with it.

Mewtwo also has a lot of skill with this weapon and he uses it a lot during the manga. He can do a lot of damage with this weapon and knows how to use it very skillfully. The fact that Mewtwo does not use the spoon in any of the other media is reason for me to say that Mewtwo would not use his weapon as much as Jack. Still, he is very skilled.

- In the end, this match is a lot closer then it originally looks. The sword is a very usefull and dangerous weapon but the spoon cannot be underestimated either.

Both weapons bring something different to the game and both of them are very dangerous. Apart from the channeling power, the spoon has a longer range then the sword and can deliver some very dangerous blows.

The sword is however slightly better as it can both cut and thrust at the opponent. It also is made more areodynamic and has a weapon design. So in the end, the sword of Aeons is slightly better weapon.

Will Vs. Psychic powers

To make things easy, I will refer to Mewtwo's special powers as psychic powers.

Now for the real comparison, I have to see which of these two special powers is better. Both of the powers bring lethality to the table and both of them will help the combatants other ways. I will first look at the offensive uses and then at the other uses. After that, I will look at defenses and skill.

- Now for the offensive powers, Jack of Blades brings three of them to the table. The energy balls is a good weapon for opponents all around but is also the least damaging of his weapons. The balls with be very usefull when Jack does not know from which angle his opponent will attack. This attack is also rather easy to get around as Mewtwo can simply move up into the air or step into the open spots where the balls fly past it.

The energy wave is also a lethal weapon that brings more power to table and can be aimed. What is more, due to it being a wave, it will be harder to avoid when running from it. With a lot of knockback power, I can say that this attack will be the most used willpower of Jack.

Now the last one, the lifedrain attack. The lifedrain is the attack with the most power as it will drain the energy of Mewtwo quickly, bypassing any armour. Great powers do not come without great costs and this attack will leave Jack completely open. Mewtwo will be able to avoid this attack if he finds cover soon enough.

I talked about the attacks of Jack, but Mewtwo has a lot of attacks also.

The first one his a shadowball. Other then the balls of his opponent, Mewtwo can only make one at a time but he can aim it at his opponent. The shadowball has shown to be very powerfull and will be used a lot during the fight. The other ball Mewtwo has, is his aura sphere. This ball is made of aura and will hurt as much as the shadowball. As with the other ball, Mewtwo can create only one at a time but he can aim it very well.

Psystrike is another dangerous weapon that will be hard to avoid. Instead of one big ball, Mewtwo summons a energy that creates small balls to attack Jack. The psystrike is the signature move of Mewtwo and will be very dangerous.

Lastly I need to talk about the psychic attack. This attack does not only hurt Jack directly, the psychic powers can also influence other things with telekenesis and Mewtwo can even fly by using this psychic power. Avoiding this attack will be very hard as Mewtwo can aim it his opponent and it is impossible to see.

All these powers are very dangerous but it is clear that one set of offensive powers is just better then the others. First of all does Mewtwo has more offensive powers, he also can aim them better and the psychic is just a finishing touch with all its uses. Altough Jack has some dangerous powers, two can be avoided easily and the third one leaves Jack open for any counter attack.

Now for the other uses.

Jack has three abilities that might be a asset to him during the battle.

The first one is the shield. The shield is very powerfull and no attack can go through. However, Jack will not be able to attack anyone while having the shield up and he would most likely combine it with the minions. As soon as the minions are gone, the shield becomes rather useless.

The levitation is a very usefull asset and will enable to continue fighting in the air.

Lastly the speed that will help Jack a lot. First of all, he can avoid blows of the opponent, secondly he can get behind his opponent to attack the back of Mewtwo and lastly, he can race down the whole battlefield and set Mewtwo up.

Mewtwo has only two psychic powers that will help him in other ways during the battle. The first one is the the barriere. Altough it is not a shield and will not stop attacks, it will lessen the power and Mewtwo can attack while having the barriere up. I would like to say that combined with the sturdy body of Mewtwo, it will be very hard to deliver powerfull hits at the pokemon while barriere is up.

Teleportation is a effective way to get around the battlefield quick and suprise the opponent from all angles.

It is now Jack of Blades who has the more powers but that does not give him the direct win. From his three powers, the shield is only usefull when his minions are alive. As soon as they are gone, it becomes useless since he cannot attack while in the shield. The speed burst and the levitation are rather usefull but both are countered by powers of Mewtwo. The fact that Mewtwo can fly also makes fleight advantages of Jack worthless. The teleportation also counters the speed and to be honest, i prefer teleport myself. With the speedburst, you can see where the user is going, with teleport, you can't.

In the end, Mewtwo knows how to counter Jack of Blades very well with the other uses of their powers and I think that he is better with them, especially since the combination of tough body and barierre.

- As for weapons versus armour. Both of the warriors have enough defenses that one attack will not kill them. The two warriors will need to more then one attacks before one finally goes down. I would like to make a special mention of the barriere since it will double the natural defenses of Mewtwo. Jack however has his lifedraina attack that bypasses all the armour of his opponent.

- Now for skill. Both of them have a lot of skill with their special attacks and are used to them in battle. I can easily say that both are masters in the field.

- In total, we have two great powers that are usefull in the offensive part and will help out in other ways during the fight. I have compared and discussed these powers already and have a good idea on the strengths of both powers. In the end, one power is clearly better however. Mewtwo has a great offensive ability that is harder to avoid for Jack of Blades and the other uses are almost equal on each other. Lastly, the barriere combined with the tough body of Mewtwo will be a very important aspect of the fight and lets me say that it gets the egde.

Minions Vs. Clone Pokemon

- Now we dont have weapons to compare but actual creatures in this matchup. Each warrior has his own three creatures and I will not go in lenght to describe the servants themselfs but rather just the quality's. The minions are three very strong opponents and belong to the strongest creatures in the fable game. They work together very well and will combine teir attacks when they have the chance. While the wardogs close in and fight up close and personal, the dreadwings will stay on a distance as much as possible to fire orbs at the opponent. Overall Jack can use his minions to keep his opponent busy or simply overpower him.

They do have a few isseus as they can only be called upon once and that time, all three of them appear. They are also weak against fire, which might be a problem since charizardtwo may be able to sweep them and I can see how Mewtwo will controll the mind of one of the minions to fight for him.

The clone pokemon will be usefull in their own ways. As they fight on their own, Mewtwo can choose to send one out at a time and spare the other two for later in the battle. The three pokemon also have a greater diversity of attacks and can all attack from a range. Apart from that does charizard has the ability to fly, blastoise a tough shell and venusaur use many vines at once. If Mewtwo finds out the weakness of the minions to fire, he can sweep all three of these opponents with his charizard.

The three clone pokemon have their weaknesses also as they won't work together very well and may be overpowered if the three minions focus on one pokemon. Also, if they manage to beat Jack and one or more clone pokemon are still alive, one of them can try to wear the mask and have Jack of Blades take over their body.

- As for armour, I have already talked about the tough armour of Jack and the body of Mewtwo. It will take many tries any of the servants to do damage at the either Jack or Mewtw. If I look at the power of the attack and the armour, I think that the wardogs will do the least damage to Mewtwo and Jack will have to rely more on the dreadwing to do damage. The clone pokemon have a better ability to hurt Jack of Blades with their more powerfull attacks.

This time, I will look also at the armour of the servants. All three of the minions have bodyarmour that will make it tough to beat them. Of the clone pokemon, only blastoisetwo has a hard shell and the other two are a bit more open to attacks from the opponents.

- As for skill, both the minions and clone pokemon have full skill of their own power. The minions have shown to be good swordfighters, even able to block attacks of the opponent very well. The clone pokemon have a high level and know how to use their powers very well also. They have shown that by beating their real counterparts with a single attack each.

Both Jack and Mewtwo have full controll over their servants and none will suddenly stop fighting. (unless forced by the mindpower of the opponent ofcourse)

- In the end, I have to see which of these beasts is better then the others. The Minions have a good offense and a good defense. Working together, they will be very dangerous for Mewtwo. However, The clone pokemon might have lesser defense but they have a stronger offense and can be used more strategic in the battle, sparing their powers instead of setting them all three out at once. They also have the element of fire, which will be a huge advantage. Lastly, I would like to say that the mindcontroll of Mewtwo will play out much more then that one of the clone pokemon picks up the mask of Jack of Blades.

So i hope that this egde is clear and altough the difference between the two groups of servants is not huge, it is enough to give a good edge to Mewtwo.

Edge: Mewtwo

The Fight

Jack jumped away as the horn came close to him. He then moved quickly and slashed his opponent across the chest. The dragon growled and called out 'Draaaaaaa' The dragon then used its small wings to fly into the air again.

Jack smiled as he watched his opponent carefully. The small dragon was as large as a human and had a orange colour. He also had a small horn on his head and two wings on his back. Using his tail, the creature summoned a wave of water.

Jack smiled and used his will powers to fly into the air and avoided the water. He then waved his sword at his opponent and a wave of blue energy leaped from the sword and into the dragonlike creature. The beast moaned again and Jack lifted his sword up in the air. A energy formed itself around the sword and a rattling sound came, bringing the opponent down. As the dragon fell on the ground, screaming in pain, Jack of Blades flew downwards in a attempt to thrust through the chest of his opponent. His attack was succesful and the beast gave one last loud cry before it died.

The being of the void laughed as he pulled his sword out of the lifeless body. After he had beaten and destroyed the pathetic excuses of a hero, Jack had taken residence in a special arena where he felt at home. The next few years were filled with chaos and destroying Albion. The people would finally bow down to at least one member of the shadow court again.

Some time ago, a small pink creature had entered his area of residence and when Jack tried to catch it, he found out that the thing was both agile and strong. After a tough fight, the small beast had turned into a sparrow and flew away, out of the reach of Jack.

A few days later, Jack had felt a powerfull presence and his spies had told him that a grey monster had entered Albion somehow. Jack had gone and research the thing himself, to find out that it was similair to the small and powerfull creature he had encountered earlier.

Then the dragon had showed up and just before it could fly away, Jack had attacked it, knowing that it belonged to the stranger.

Now the beast lay dead on the ground. Jack had been suprised at the toughness but it was not enough for the beast to save itsels and as all other beings that defied one of the shadowcourt, it had been destroyed.

Jack moved from the battlefield and dragged the body away, it was time to play a little game.

Mewtwo sat on a large rock and watched the sky. He was still unshure on where he was, he only knew that Mew had been here.

After arriving here, Mewtwo had send dragonite out of its pokeball to find out where he had stranded and if there was any sign of Mew. Thusfar, the dragon type pokemon had not returned.

When Mewtwo had waited long enough, he grabbed his spoon and walked past four giant stones that stood in a square. As the pokemon neared an old temple, a soft but dark voice suddenly spoke.

'Hello there. You enter my kingdom and you will feel my wrath, but first you will play for me.' The voice then laughed out loud and as it was laughing, the earth suddenly shook.

Skeletons rose from the ground, all armed with swords and axes. They turned their attention towards Mewtwo and walked slowly towards the psychic type.

A hard smash and the skull cracked. Another of those skeletons fell on the ground, the soul releashing itself into the air.

Mewtwo moved his spoon from left to right and pushed away all opponents that were attacking him. He then used his psychic attack to smal one of the corpses into the others.

Mewtwo fought on, crushing several skeletons with different attacks. As he reached a large one, he smashed his spoon in the head but instead of dying, the creature rose again. Mewtwo collected energy for his shadowball and fired it at the last undead. As undead fell, Mewtwo summoned a aurasphere. After the ball of aura hit the undead, the thing finally died.

'Very well done' The voice came again. 'You little puppet have beaten some undead. Now follow my lead for your big suprise.' The voice laughed again and Mewtwo followed his way.

After a long walk, Mewtwo saw a wooden bridge and a huge building coming into vision. 'Enter, Enter.' The voice spoke and Mewtwo obeyed. He opened the outerdoor of the building and walked towards another one. When he arrived at the door, the pokemon froze for a minute. On a pole, there was the head of dragonite. 'So you have seen my little suprise for you, I hope you like it.' the voice came again. 'How dare you?' Mewtwo spoke. 'You are going to pay for this.' 'What a harsh words. Come out and play. HaHaHahaha' Mewtwo was really annoyed with the dark laughter and blew the door from its hinges.

After blowing away other doors, Mewtwo ended up in a huge arena, full of sand. Up on the huge walls, there were seats for people to watch the fighting.

In the middle of the sand, there stood a man in red robes. 'Hello there. You will bow down and die!' The voice spoke.

'Never!' Mewtwo cried out and he ran at his opponent.

Sword met spoon as Jack tried to cut down Mewtwo quickly. The pokemon blocked or avoided the attacks and tried to fight back. The two weapons collided some more times and suddenly Jack rushed past Mewtwo and was ready to strike the pokemon from behind. Before he could attack, Mewtwo used psychic to push his opponent away and then teleported behind the void being. He struck Jack in the back and Jack retaliated with a cut in the side.

Jack used his wave attack that send Mewtwo backwards and on the ground. Jack lifted his sword in the air and the rattling began again.

Mewtwo felt the pain burning and created a barrier around him. He then send a shadowball towards Jack. The demon lost focus and stopped its attack. He then raced towards the pokemon using his will.

The weapons hit each other in mid air and Mewtwo used the longer reach to force his opponent backwards. This gave Jack time to summon the energyballs that blasted Mewtwo away.

As the pokemon recovered and rose from the ground, Jack summoned a large shield made of red energy around him.

Mewtwo rammed with his spoon on the shield but found soon out that he could not penetrate the red energy. Before the pokemon could try again, three creatures appeared. The things were as large as Mewtwo himself and two of them held some sort of sword while the last had a staff.

Without a second thought, the pokemon took two pokeballs that were fastened on his cape and threw them towards the beasts.

Out of the balls came Blastoisetwo and Venusaurtwo and they roared angry. Take out these things, Mewtwo commanded with his mind.

His Pokemon would battle these things while he would find a way to get through the shield.

The two wardogs attacked Blastoise and were on him soon. The turtle pokemon tried to defend himself and blasted water out of his cannons, sending one of the two backwards.

Venusaur was in a duel with the dreadwing and as the pokemon used his vines to attack, the minion defended himself with staff and attacked with energyballs whenever he had a chance.

While the servants fought, Mewtwo was still trying to destroy the shield. He had failed to teleport next to his opponent and the shadowball had no effect also. As the pokemon watched the shield to thing of another attack, he heard Blastoisetwo cry.

Mewtwo turned around and saw how the wounded Blastoise send out a powerfull waterblast at one of the attackers but the second took a chance and stuck his sword in the mouth of the watertype. Blood trickled down from the lips of Blastoise and the pokemon collapsed, dead. 'No!' Mewtwo yelled. He quickly took controll of the mind of one of the wardogs and made him fight the other. The psychic type then turned to see how Venusaur fared and saw to his delight that the grass type had his vines all wrapped around arms of legs of the thing and was trying to quarter it.

Finally, venusaur succeeded into pulling apart the dreadwing and pieces of the armour fell on the ground. Seconds later, the wardog that Mewtwo commanded lost to the other wardog. Before Mewtwo could do anything, he felt a pain in his side and was pushed forwards.

Jack had lifted his shield and attacked the pokemon with his energyballs. The member of the shadow court then used his rush to reach venusaur and cut the vines quickly. He then slashed the pokemon across the face and thrusted his sword into the neck. Venusaur went down with a cry.

Jack of Blades turned to see how his last wardog walked up to him and started to attack him. He noticed that his opponent had taken controll of the minion and after blocking a attack, he thrusted his sword at it and destroyed the minion. He then recieved a blow on his back and flew to the ground.

Mewtwo had used the distraction to form a aurasphere and had attacked Jack with it, determining to destroy the demon.

The two clashed again and the weapons hit each other hard.

Jack felt how he was tiring and knew he needed to end the fight fast or he might even lose. Shooting up in the air, Jack hoped to get a egde on his opponent and send a energy wave to take out the other fighter. He was suprised when Mewtwo avoided the attack and flew into the air also. The two collapsed into the air and fought while they were trying to hit each other with the melee weapons.

The two lifted up high in the air and when they were above the arena, Jack tried to blast away his opponent with the energywave while Mewtwo used a shadowball. The two attacks collided in the air and blasted the two warriors away. They landed in the seats of the spectators and the fighting continued. Jack attempted a rush but Mewtwo teleported away and used psychic to push Blades into a fench. Mewtwo stood emotionless while Jack howled angry and the pokemon summoned the last pokeball he had. He then threw it at the ground.

Out of the ball, another dragon came. His one was red, head a menacing look, powerfull build and two impressive wings. Jack walked at his with his sword but the dragon unleashed a fireattack that Jack had to dogde, only to be hit in the head with the spoon.

Knowing he was overpowered, Jack flew into the air above the arena again but the two opponents followed suit. The dragon came with a fire attack that hit Jack directly and Mewtwo unleashed a powerfull psystrike to follow up with a smashing attack that send Jack downwards. Jack of Blades screamed as he fell down into the sand and a red mist appeared. Mewtwo and charizard landed in the arena and both of them saw how the missed dissapeared, leaving only a sword and a mask.

Mewtwo turned to walk out of this arena of death, happy that he has destroyed this opponent. It was time to chase Mew. As the pokemon stepped towards the door, flames suddenly hit him from behind. Mewtwo turned around to see why his ally had turned against him, seeing Charizardtwo wearing the mask of this opponent. 'Well, you did not think it would be easy to beat me right?' Charizard spoke with the same eery voice of his opponent. 'How well do you fight your own friends?' The voice spoke. He then burst out a flamethrower again. Mewtwo, who still had his barriere up, took the attack and used psychic to attack the firetype. Using psystrike, Mewtwo forced the Jack/Charizard hybrid backwards and he dropped his spoon. The face of Mewtwo was a mask, not showing any emotion and using all his anger to take out this opponent. A shadowball flew towards Jack and he avoided it by flying up in the air, only to get hit by another one. Mewtwo flew up in the air also and blasted the new body of Jack to the ground.

He then levitated the sword of his opponent towards him and teleported away to avoid another flamethrower. A final psystrike attack knocked the opponent to the ground and as Jack tried to rise, Mewtwo thrusted the sword into his opponent. Jack yelled out once again and fell to his knees. Mewtwo reversed his grip on the sword, pulled it out and stabbed in a downwards movement, starting in the neck.

Jack fell down again and would not rise in this body anymore. The mask released itself and fell on the ground. 'Wear me. Wear Me. I give you power, wear me.' The Mask spoke to Mewtwo. The psychic type laughed for the first time during this duel and used his psychic attack to hover the mask in the air. He then grabbed his spoon and collected his last energy.

One final swing brought the mask to the ground and it broke in half. Jack was finally gone now.

Winner: Mewtwo

The winner is rather clear in this match and altough Jack of Blades was is very strong, he would not be able to beat Mewtwo. His only real advantage was in melee and even that advantage was a slight one. As with servants and special powers, Jack of Blades is outmatched by Mewtwo.

All three of Mewto's weapons would mean utter destruction for his opponent but i feel that his special powers would kill the most time. Altough the pressure would not be a very important factor in this fight, the mindcontrolling powers would, turning the minions against each other and Jack.

Jack would win a decent portion of the fights, using his sword and special powers. For him, the playing games would not play out as much as he would like to because Mewtwo is fuelled with power when angry. The mask would be slightly more important. Mewtwo could ignore the power of the mask without a doubt and would only fall for it a small portion of the times. If one of the pokemon he uses survives the fight, they would be a more likely target and Jack would fight a tired Mewtwo. This would not happen every match and has too much factors for it to work that it would not influence the results much. In the end, i think that Mewtwo would win around 600 times and Jack of Blades 400.

Reaver Versus Landon Ricketts









Reaver
The Person:
He was a pirate, a businessman, slum lord, factory owner, but above all the hero of skill. With a long and expanded life, Reaver build a empire using his quick shooting and sharp tongue as main tools.

Not much is known about the background of Reaver, but we know that he was born in the town of Oakvale, a small village in Albion. Somewhere during his life, he came across the shadow court and struck a deal. He would be granted eternal youth but he had to make sacrifices. The first of these sacrifices began when the shadow court destroyed Oakvale and killed all its inhibitants. After that, Reaver had to maintain his youth by bringing victims to the shadow court in a annual ritual where his youth would be restored again at the cost of other lifes.

Reaver became a pirate, bringing fear on the high sea with his ship The Reaver and he used his legendary shooting skills to capture other ships. He would shoot the captain from the other ship across the water, not caring about distances or weather conditions. The more impossible the shot, the quicker the crew would surrender.
Due to his piracy, he became very wealthy and was able to aquire a large coastal house in the town of Bloodstone.
When Reaver met the hero of Bowerstone, he was 200 years old and had the appearance of a young adult. Showing his discare for other people, he tried to betray the hero of Bowerstone twice. First, he tried to sacrifice the hero tot he shadow court and later gave him up to Lucian to collect the bounty. (Lucian was the main villian of Fable II) Lucian tried to arrest both Reaver and the hero of Bowerstone so the two fled to a secret underground tunnel under the mansion and after escaping that, he saw how his ship got blown apart. After a fight where the hero of bowerstone, he, the hero of will and the hero of strenght fought against numbers of soldiers, Lucian finally got killed.

After his job as hero was done, Reaver traveled to Samarkland with the hero of skill (Garth) because of the exotic substances and the uninhibited people there. What happened in Samarkland is unknown but according to his biography that he wrote himself, Reaver got bored by the place and was responsible for the death of Garth. He came back to Albion a day later.

During the events of Fable III, Reaver had gotten in charge of the industry. His business tactics and greedy nature proved a profitable combination as he endorced childlabor and cut 100% of the empoloyee's wages, thereby becoming even richer and a powerfull ally for the new king Logan. To keep his workers in check, Reaver made up some terrible rules: Workers could only rest for three seconds a day and were not allowed to complain. Anyone who broke one of the laws, got shot.

Reaver had a new large mansion and when the hero of Brigthwall tried to free some members of the resistance from that mansion, he got trapped and was forced to play the wheel of misfortune while Reaver and his guests watched. This was a game where the hero was forced to fight off different creatures in several rounds and when round four revealed balverines, the guests showed that they were balverines in disguiss and attacked the hero. Reaver mentioned a deal and that they were now 'even', showing that Reaver had a bargain with them.

After the Hero of Brightwall became king, Reaver showed himself as a adviser, advocating the more corrupt decisions. Whatever the hero decides, Reaver would invest into that, showing he would make money either way. After the big battle of Fable III, Reaver dissapeared, leaving a note saying that he had to leave for a important but wearying errant.

Reaver showed himself to be a narcissistic, egotistical, megalomanic person with a disregard for live. He had killed several people for no reason at all, killing artists because they depicted him wrong and shooting a photographer because it would take three months for the photo develop for example. He also was a bisexual and with a total disregard for loyalty or fidelity. That is made obvlious when he admitted that he had several lovers of both sexes at the same time.
However, Reaver did have had a soft side earlier in his life as the final entry of his journal says that he did not know that the shadow court would kill the people of Oakvale and that he lost his lover there. He also speaks about his recurring nightmares, about the destruction of Oakvale.
However, in the end of the entry, Reaver talks about how he has become a different man. He was a fearfull breakable man but he ends with: 'I am not he..... I am Reaver. And i will sleep much better with a chalise of wine'

The weapons:
I have three things to say before I start writing about the weapons used by Reaver. 1. I do not count any armour in this match since neither man is known to have worn armour. 2. I have only three weapons per warrior since neither was really known for having a lot of weapons. 3. I did not include other guns then the pistols they have been seen wielding. The reason for this is because I would have had to guess which weapons they would have used and no matter what weapon i'd choose, someone would find something wrong with it.
The three weapon category's are melee, ranged and special.

As melee weapon, Reaver has the Inquisitor. The inquisitor is a sword that Reaver used to spread his influence throughout Bloodstone. A weapon that was inspired by the age of industry, it has a steam punk look. Apart from its description which mention being used by Reaver, it can also be upgraded by acting like Reaver; Kill villagers, doing evil expressions and spending a lot of personal gold.
The inquisitor is a two handed sword, that can be used for both thrusting and slashing.
The sword can be upgraded and for this match, I will take a fully upgraded weapon into account. The first two upgrades are not interesting to mention as they give the user money with each hit and a tiny bit more damage. The third one however, will come into play during the fight. The bloodsucker gives Reaver some health with each hit on his opponent.

As a ranged weapon, Reaver uses the dragonstomper 48. The dragonstomper is the weapon most associated with Reaver and the one he has used the most.
There were six dragonstompers made for six lucky people. Reaver killed four of them with his own dragonstomper, ending up with five dragonstompers in the end. In the games he has used one in fable II and a different one in fable III.
It has six shots before it should be reloaded. It is also a powerfull weapon that can do much damage. It has a medium range and a good speed.
I would like to add that this weapon will be used the most by Reaver and it will be the weapon with the most kills.


For special weapons, Reaver uses explosives. This may be a odd choise but Reaver used them to close up a tunnel during the escape from his mansion. I would not be suprised he would use them into combat during his pirate days. The explosives have enough impact to create a small avalanche inside the tunnel and block the exit. A human would be torn apart. However, It takes a timer to detonate and therefore need to be used with planning as a suprise attack.

X-Factor:
the x-factor of Reaver is the fact that he is the Hero of skill. This plays out in a few ways.
Aiming & accuracy skills: Reaver has some great aiming skills, being able to sub target and zoom in with ease. He is also a master marksman as he could hit a target on another ship while the weather conditions were poor. He has said himself that he never misses and he demonstrated it by shooting several opponents in a quick succession.
Speed: Being a fast runner will not help in this match but reloading speed does. It also effects the speed with which Reaver swings his sword and his reflexes as he is shown to be able to block a bullet with a cane.

Landon Ricketts
The Person:
'I was the fastest in my time. i've must have been. I'm the only one left'
Landon Ricketts

There is very little known about the history of Landon Ricketts. He was a famous gunslinger and there were many stories about his adventures. He killed the Butcher brothers in 1896 and he was active in the Blackwater massacre in 1899 for example.
After a gunfight in California three years later, Ricketts left for Mexico and became a unofficial lawman in the town of Chuparosa.
It was there that John Marston met Landon and the old cowboy teached him the last part of dead eye.
The two did several missions together as they fought against the Mexican regime.
According to the Blackwater Ledger (a newspaper), Landon died from old age in his bed.

In the Undead Nightmare, Landon made another appearence. Here he defended another Mexican town by the name of Casa Madrugada. He defended the town against the undead hordes all alone and made it a permanent safe zone. He also made boombait for Marston by combining undead bait and dynamite.

Landon Ricketts has gone into history as one of the fasters shooters in the wild west. Even John Maston admitted that Landon was still a faster and more accurate shot then John himself and as Ricketts showed Marston how to use dead eye, he has been very good in its use himself.
Landon was also familiar with the duel as he told Marston how to act in one and he spoke Spanish.

Weapons:
As with Reaver, I have selected three weapons for Lando. Two of them, he has been seen with ingame and the third one I have chosen becaue it was the most obvlious melee choise.

For melee, Landon will use the hunting knife. The hunting knife is based on the bowie knife and can be used as tool and as a weapon.
As tool, the hunting knife was used to skin animals and cut meat.
As weapon, the hunting knife can be used to fight and kill both animal as human opponents.
Altough Landon is never seen using the hunting knife, he would have used it since its one of the few melee weapons in the game and very commen.
Landon can use the hunting knife to fight opponents up close and personal, block some attacks and slash a neck from behind.
It has only one sharp egde to slash but can also be used to stab. It also has a short range.

For ranged, the gunslinger uses the schofield revolver. The schofield is a single-action six shot revolver.
It is one of the most powerfull handguns in the game and can do much damage to a person, even if the bullet does not kill. It has great stopping power and a accurate range of 50 yards.
Landon used the schofield himself during the gameplay himself and he gave such a weapon to John Marston to replace a older weapon.

The special weapon of Landon will be the dynamite.
The dynamite is another weapon that originated as a tool. Primarely used to blow up stuff, the dynamite was also used to blow opponents up. With a 5 second fuse, a stick of dynamite does a lot of damage to its surrounding as soon as soon as it explodes.
Having used dynamite to blow up a prison and create boom bait, (a anti zombie explosive liquid) Landon could use the dynamite with a expertise and would have used it a lot in his days.
There are three ways Landon can use dynamite in this fight. He can leave a stick somewhere as a trap or throw it at his opponent. When it hits a opponent, it will explode instantly.
There is another way I will allow Landon to use the dynamite. During the zombie invasion, Landon made boom bait by combining dynamite and undead bait. When thrown, the boom bait leaves a pool of green liquid that explodes after ten seconds. When a bullet gets fired in the pool, it will explode also and it will kill when it hits a opponent, just as normal dynamite.

X-Factor:
As for x-factor, Landon Ricketts will put his trust into dead eye. He teached Marston how to use dead eye and since he is the only person who does that, he must have mastered it himself.
When dead eye targeting is used, everything moves into slowmotion and Landon can easily pick off his targets. He can take as much targets as there are bullets in his gun and he can even use the dynamite in dead eye. To make it even more dangerous, a weapon will be reloaded instantly when dead eye starts.
Such a power comes not without its flaws. Dead eye must be activated and it can run out if not used properly. Landon has to wait before he can use it again when it happens. When all the bullets are fired or the dynamite stick has been throw, dead eye stops also.

The Edges:

Inquisitor Vs. Hunting knife.

- Weapon for weapon, we have a huge difference. Reaver has a sword that can do damage by thrusting and cutting.  It also gives the user a bit of life energy with every hit. Landon on the other hand, does only have a hunting knife. Altough the knife can be used for blocking smaller weapons, it will not help much against a far more larger sword. We must also not forget that the sword has a special ability that the knife does not have. 

- As for armour, neither warrior wore any armour and so neither can protect themselfs.

- As for skill, both would have enough skill to use this without a problem.  Since the sword reacts on acting like Reaver, Reaver would be more then competent with it. Landon would have used the hunting knife a lot himself and also know how to use it very well. 

- In the end, the weapons are by far not even. The only real similarity is that both warriors had a lot of skill with their weapons, but if you compare the weapons you can see that the weapons are by far not even. The sword is clearly better because it's  a longer reach and has a special ability that crushes the hunting knife. I can talk long about it but the melee winner is clear.

Edge: Reaver

Dragonstomper .48 Vs. Schofield revolver

- Both guns are very deady and belong to the strongest weapons in the games they are in. It would not be a suprise that they both were the primary weapons of Reaver and Landon Ricketts. The two weapons have more in commen that that; Both weapons have six shots, both have the same bulletspeed and they both have a medium accurate range. There is one important difference between these two weapons. The schofield has more stopping power then the dragonstomper and will do more damage on impact. 

- I can say again that neither warrior wears any armour but Reaver can use his sword and reflexes to block the bullets of the opponent but i am not shure if he could block more then one bullet. 

- With skill, both warriors were master marksmen. Reaver was the hero of skill ofcourse, which means that every bullet would be fired with a lot of skill. I have already talked about the aiming Reaver can do. As for Ricketts, he was a skilled gunman without dead eye. With this, he became even more dangerous. He knew every aspect of dead eye and how to use it well in a batte. As for skill, both of them are dead even.

- Now I come with my final judgement about these two weapons. I have already said that the dragonstomper and the schofield are the primary weapons of the two warriors and it would not come as a suprise that these two weapons will get the most kills in this match. 

However, one of these two peforms slightly better and it is for me to judge which of the two it is.

These small firearms have the same amount of ammo and the same accurate range. Reaver has a advantage with the defence because can block a bullet with his sword. These defence is not perfect though. The blocking skills of Reaver are good but when Landon uses dead eye, the pirate might not be able to block all bullets. Besides that, Reaver needs to have his sword out for this trick to work.

The fact that the shots of Landon have more power then those of Reaver means that they can deal more damage per shot and altough it wil not matter much, it matters enough for me to give Ricketts a slight egde.

Explosives vs. Dynamite

- These are two dangerous explosives that can blow someone to little pieces. Both of them explode after a while and neither gives off schrapnall damage. 

To see which of these two is better, I first have t look at what explosive packs more power and after watching both explosive I have decided that the explosives of Reaver have a bit more power behind them.

'Now I know which has more power, i have to see which of the two peforms better in a fight.

Reaver can use his explosives as a suprise attack, blowing people up and transforming buildings into dangerous falling objects. Reaver is also able to time the explosives and thus making running for it somewhat harder.

Landon has his dynamite stick that he can throw at his opponent or leave on the ground as a suprise attack. he can also use the boom bait to suprise his opponent and ignite it by either waiting or firing his weapon into the liquid.

Lastly i would put light on the time to explode. Reaver can time his explosives and thus being able to get away before it explodes or make it explode before the opponent gets away. (this last thing may make it hard for him to get away in time himself) The dynamite of Landon has a fuse of 5 seconds but the boom bait can take longer to explode.

- As for defence, both warriors will get blown into small little pieces by the explosion of the opponent. There is some sort of defense this time as both warriors may use the ancient art of getting the hell away before the explosion. As I have said, Reaver can time his explosives but may be cought in the explosion himself if he is not carefull. If he set it too long, the opponent may escape this deathtrap. 

Landon has a fuse for five seconds, which can become less as he holds it. This has the same flaws as the weapon of its opponent. The boombait is slightly better because Ricketts can activate it by shooting a bullet in the liquid.

- Now for skill. The explosions themselfs require no skill but rigging the explosives does. Reaver can set his explosives well and even time it perfectly. Landon has shown to be able to use dynamite in a other form and he can use dynamite in dead eye. When used in dead eye, the dynamite will explode directly after it hits the opponent. This also makes the dynamite impossible to dodge.

- For my final decision, I have to judge which of these two special weapons is better. Altough this might seen very hard to judge, it is not. The explosives of Reaver give bigger explosions but this can turn around as the pirate needs to be a lot further away himself. The dynamite on the other hand can be used as throwing weapon and in dead eye. The boombait will be especially devastating since it is a very good booby trap. (Reaver cannot possibly expect a small pool of liquid to blow up) The dynamite is not perfect though becaue it can roll away from the opponent and Reaver may kill the fuse if he reacts in time.

In the end, the advantages of the dynamite are just too much for me to ignore.

The fight

'Come on Men, Work those lazy arsses or I'm going to shoot you here and now.'  Reaver watched how ten of his pirates were walking with him through the desert, most of them complaining. These good for nothing idiots were complaining of the heat and the sand. If they would not hurry, Reaver was going to shoot someone to set a example. 'Hands, remind me to take a few Aurorians with me next time. They are used to deserts and do not complain like this sorry bunch.' 'Ai Captain' His first mate answered.

It had been a very long time since Reaver had fared the sea to capture other ships as he usually was too busy with his factories to do any fun stuff. The life of a factory owner was rather dull and since the king insisted on having new rules in a factory that benefitted the workers, Reaver needed to get out for a while. He collected a group of pirates, bought a new ship and set sail to unknown lands, hoping to find valuable items.

When they finally found land, after some harsh stormy days, they were suprised to see a desert. Reaver had then picked ten of his crewmen and set out to find a city they could take. 

'A City!' one of the crewmen yelled and indeed, there was a walled city in front of them. the whole group cheered and after checking their weapons, the pirates made way towards the gates to ransack the city.

The pirates yelles as they stepped into the city, they continued yelling as the grabbed everything they could find and pushed the townspeople away. 

Reaver watched the carnage with a smile and saw how this easy picking suddenly became a lot harder. It was his first mate Jonas Hands who experienced the toughness of the Mexicans as he got shot with a rifle when he cut down a old man with his cutlass. 

They are fighting back, Reaver thought as he saw how Hands died. 'They are attacking, kill them!' He yelled. 

As if to show how to do it, Reaver took his loyal dragonstomper and shot two Mexican warriors that came running at him, the bullets hitting the men in the throat. 

After this, a firefight ensued in which the Albion pirates tried to fight off the Mexican people.

Landon rode towards the city that he could call his home now. Ever since he left America, he had felt at peace in this odd country. Here was violence also ofcourse, but few people knew about his gunslinging days and even less people came looking for him. Now he was just  a old man who knew how to handle guns.

Landon brushed some sweat of his face and lighted another sigar. He had just been hunting, something he did every week to keep his shooting skills up. As his horse rode in the direction of the main gate, a teenage girl ran towards Ricketts. He recocgnised her as Maria, one of the townspeople of Chuparosa. 'Help, Help' She yelled. 'People came in the town and started shooting' The panicked girl spoke. 'Where they Mexican army men?' Landon asked. 'No no' came the answer. 'Americans?' Now the girl was only shaking her head while crying. She swallowed some tears and spoke. 'I do not know who they are, strange clothing and strange weapons.' She then burst into tears again.

Landon thought for a second before acting. 'Maria, run away from the city and find a place to hide in. I will help the people.' Maria nodded and ran in the opposite direction of the city. 

As Landon neared the city gate, he saw two strangers under the wooden roof in front of the gate. He had not seen any of these two before and he could not tell where they were from. He did hear shooting from the city and saw that both men were holding strange rifles. Suddenly, a loud bang came from the city and he saw some debree flying in the air. He took a stick of dynamite from his horse, lighted it with his sigar and thew it towards the gate. 

The dynamite exploded, shattering the wood and throwing blood and body parts all around. After this distraction, Landon rode up to the wall and jumped on it. He then climbed in the city and saw one of the attackers firing a blunderbuss in front of him. The cowboy grabbed his hunting knife and sneaked up to this attacker. When he was in position, Landon grabbed the face of his target and slashed the throat with a quick move. The attacker fell on the ground silently but before Landon could suprise anyone else, two attackers holding pistols came running towards him with their weapons held ready. Landon dropped his knife and reached for his schofield as he went into dead eye. Ricketts targeted the chest and face of the first opponent and the throat of the second. He then fired. The two fell on the ground almost at the same time without making a sound. Landon took his hunting knife from the ground, headed towards the central plaza of the city and fired a bullet that hit one of the attackers in temple. He turned around and saw the last of the attackers near the church.

Reaver had fun. He had missed the killing for some time and in a way, he was happy that those people resisted the pirate attack. Reaver fired a bullet that hit one of the townspeople in the heart and then chose a small house to set his explosives in. After the explosives were set, Reaver walked out of the house and got into a safe distance as the house exploded. The explosion took one of the townspeople and ripped his body apart as the debree flew all around and hit one of the townspeople and one of his men as the two were fighting each other with their fists. Both of them died due to the impact of the debree on their skulls. 

One of the townspeople came running towards Reaver, trying to stab him with a knife. Reaver drew his inquisitor and as the man tried to stab the pirate, Reaver cut off the attacking hand and thrusted his sword in the chest of the man. After pulling the blade out, Reaver moved towards a stranger with a big hat and a black mustache, to cut the man in the neck. After a third man had died by the inquisitor, Reaver saw that only one opponent was standing. To his dismay, all of his crew were dead. Reaver put the sword back into the sheath and pulled his dragonstomper as he stared at this last opponent.

Reaver and Landon watched each other, both trying to figur out their opponent. The men suddenly fired a bullet each and watched how the bullets collided in the air. 'Impossible' Ricketts spoke softly. Both men then hid away before they fired their handguns at each other. Reaver ducked into the church and fired from cover while Landon was hiding behind a small wall in front of the saloon. For the first times in the careers, these two skilled gunmen missed their targets. 

After a while, Landon noticed that this would not work and using the wall as cover, sneaked away. The old cowboy then jumped on one of the houses and jumped from house to house, keeping himself out of sight.

The pirate captain walked out of the church with his weapon ready. He had not been shot at for some time and was wondering if he finally managed to kill the last occupant of this town. Staying close to the houses to have a cover if needed, something large suddenly landed on his back. Reaver dropped his gun and landed on the ground. When he turned to see who had attacked him, he was suprised to see it was the old man he was fighting. 

Landon stepped towards his opponent and attacked the man with his hunting knife. The knife tear through the shoulder as Reaver grunted in pain. He managed to avoid another attack and quickly drew his sword. A slash with the inquisitor forced Landon backwards and another slash struck the cowboy in the side. 

Ricketts threw his knife to distract his opponent and ran away. He jumped over a legde as he felt his side burning and fled into the town market. Suddenly, he noticed his pocket and realised that he still had some boom bait left from his tests on wild animals. He threw the bottle in a open spot and as it broke, a green liquid appeared on the ground. He then ran away, only to be shot in the leg. 

Reaver walked towards his opponent, who had crashed into a stand and smiled at the old man. 'Hello there my dear man. I thought I would finally have a worthy opponent, but it appears that i am wrong.' Landon was silent at the insults of this english speaking man. 'You look to wrinkly for my tastes to be a toy but I can find other uses for you. I need to have a prize and you will do well as one. The shadow court might like you.' Landon had no idea what the 'shadow court' was, but it did not sound very appealing. 

Reaver fired another shot that landed in the left shoulder of Landon and the pirate clearly enjoyed giving the pain. 'Now what we are going to do.' Reaver began again. 'I am going to shoot you in your last leg' Blam! a bullet went into the healthy leg of Landon. 'Now i will collect the rest of my pirate crew and have them drag you to our ship. They will also take the treasures and any young men and woman we come across.' Before Landon could react, Reaver stepped backwards and into the green puddle. 

'Boy, never taunt a opponent who can fight back' Landon spoke now. Reaver saw that revolver in the right hand of Landon and before he could fire, the old man targeted Reaver's hand, chest and the puddle. 

After a succession of three shots, the puddle blew up and the lifeless torso of Reaver fell on the ground. His legs or head were nowhere to be found. Ricketts himself was on a good distance of the puddle and only recieved some burnings on his legs. Still, the cost of defeating this opponent was too high. Far to high.

Winner: Landon Ricketts

It was a hard match to judge but in the end, Landon Ricketts would prevail. Reaver had a lot of skill and the kill count would be close. (I suspect a difference of less then 100 kills) There are however three reasons why Landon would win more times then Reaver. 

The first reason is the taunting of Reaver. The hero of skill tends to taunt at his opponent a lot before killing him and that is something very unwise when your opponent is as skilled with the gun as yourself.

The second reason that Ricketts would win is the dynamite. He could use the dynamite in a lot of ways and even throw it in dead eye as a instant kill shot.

This brings me to my third and last reason. Dead eye. Both men were greatly skilled gunmen and I can see a lof of dubble kills. When both warriors are dead accurate, you must look at the speed and who can get the first shot off. With dead eye, everything else moves in slowmotion and it gives time for targeting and shooting before the opponent has a chance to shoot. If you look at dead eye and the training Landon recieved with duels (where it is important to be the first one to pull the trigger) He just had a speed advantage over Reaver that was very hard to overcome.

With Landon, his most dangerous weapons were the schofield revolver and the dynamite. He could use both to the extreme and I have no doubt that these were his most lethal tools of destruction.

As i have said, Reaver is not incompetent himself and the differerence would be less then 100 kills. His most lethal weapons would be his dragonstomper .48 and his inquisitor. The dragonstomper would kill a lot in a ranged distance and would work together perfectly with his X-factor as the hero of skill. The inquisitor would be very dangerous up close and overpower the hunting knife easily. I have no doubt that in the rare occasions that these two fought up close, the inquisitor would win every time.
